Four Month Stats

16 pounds 6 ounces
25 3/4 inches long

Second round of immunizations are over. We are home the rest of the day comforting each other!

Easter Sunday

There are several pictures on our Shutterfly site from Easter. Kurt informed me that I treat he and Brody like Ken dolls and dress them up and parade them around. You have to admit Brody looked pretty darn cute even if the hat was a complete waste of $$!

Congrats to Great Cousin Emily and her FIANCE Brett! She announced her engagement on Sunday right before dinner. We are super excited for her!!

A busy weekend at home...

So, busy that I fell asleep in my lounge chair! Next weekend will be just as busy too with Cousin Cohen home and Easter festivities. Hope you enjoy all our weekend posts here and at Shutterfly!

We love to walk!

I'm finally starting to enjoy facing out in the carrier. There is so much to see that I eventually become overwhelmed and just fall asleep. If the weather would just stay warm, I could do this daily!

My new chairs.

I have two new places to hang out. The top picture is my lounge chair like Cohen's. I sit in it while mom washes my bottles after work and while they eat dinner. The bottom picture is my Bumbo seat...I don't love it, but my mom thinks I need to sit in it. Maybe she should fold the basket of laundry behind me and leave me alone!

First Day at Daycare...

Sad day for mommy and daddy, but a reality it was time to face. Grammy will still have Brody on Mondays and Friday's which Kurt loves because he gets breakfast and coffee to go!

Side Note: Wednesday night was the first night Brody went all night long without needing a meal. Hallelujah!

Sorry to all you blog stalkers out there who remain anonymous, but like to check in on us! Hopefully we will get caught up on our blogging and shutterfly posting this weekend.

Mom has new stuff to post, but she is really slacking. Two nights in a row she forgot to change my diaper when I was up eating at 2 a.m. Maybe she is tired now that she is back to work? Last night I tried to help her out and slept six hours before I was hungry. So, maybe tonight she will let my public know what I've been up to lately. No promises though!

I'm hanging with Grampy today. Who knows what kind of trouble we'll get into in his new toy?

Cohen's Commentary on Florida.

A few of my firsts...

My first flight...on the flight to Fort Myers, I was awake for over half the flight. On the way home, I never knew we even left Florida and arrived in Indy. Cousin Cohen flew well too. On the way down, it was so hot on the plane, Cohen and I hung out in our onesies. Cohen filled his diaper and the excess leaked out onto Aunt Michelle's hand! Oops!









My first outdoor meal....we were hanging in the shade at a beach on Sanibel Island. It was in the upper 70's that day, but daddy was still wearing his fleece. Weirdo!

Other firsts: I met my Great-Great Uncle Frosty and Aunt Ginger for the first time. I wore my first pair of shorts that were more like capris. I also went without socks and a long sleeve onesie for the first time. I'm sure there are more, but that's all I can think of for now. My mama's back to work so our time in the blogging world is slowing down.

Instead of arms out and up, he has started sleeping at times with his hands cuddling his face.

A busy weekend...

Friday, I was Super Baby. I spent the afternoon with my Super Aunt Katy. She had her Jones' nephews, Noah & Logan for the day too. She handled all of us with ease. Saturday, we spent the day in Louisville celebrating Great-Grandma Sandy's 70th birthday. Great-Grandad Bobby played patty cake with me. I got to see my Great Aunt's and Uncle's and cousins. Quincy and Quade both even held me! Sunday was another big day. The Jones' boys all came and hung out for the afternoon to watch the Illini game. We all had fun playing playstation, eating DQ ice cream cake, and of course, Noah wanted to hold me a couple times. I finally got to meet my Great Aunt Melinda and Great Uncle Joey today. We weren't expecting them, but it was great to see them.

We have a busy day ahead of us...I get to experience lots of firsts! It might take a week to post pictures, but stay tuned because I have a very exciting week planned!
