A favorite Yakey treat, typically made by Aunt Kathy, is pickles - dill pickles coated with cream cheese and then covered with beef slices. Anywho, Aunt Kathy is close to retiring from being 'pickle master' so after this weekend I guess Grampy John is going for the title of 'pickle master'. No offense to Grampy, but he isn't usually any help in the kitchen, so it was surprising to see him not only make the pickles, but help Michelle stuff the mushrooms as well. The pickles were delightful!
