Happy Birthday Grandma Sandy!

We celebrated Grandma Sandy's birthday on Thursday evening. Quade and Brody had fun picking on each other!

Thursday marked the start of celebrating my birthday too.

Flowers, balloon, and lunch at work.

Dinner with the Bible's that evening.

Friday, I officially turned THIRTY! I have decided the alternative to being 30 isn't all that great, so I'm embracing my 30's! Cohen was home early for the weekend so we had lots of fun playing, even though Cohen was fighting an ear infection.

Day 3 of celebrating was all about food. Breakfast with the Ellis's, Lunch with Allison, Gabrielle, Kelly and Colby and Dinner with the fam at Firefly Grille! Cap that all off with some DQ ice cream cake! Yumm-O!

Another highlight of the week, I routinely feel the baby move! :)

Thanks for all birthday wishes via cards, e-mails, FB messages, etc! Now I must get back to the Olympics.

A warm-ish sunny day!

Brody had fun exploring outside this afternoon. He even found mud to walk through before either of us could grab him. Hopefully, spring will come soon so we can enjoy more outdoor time!

To celebrate President's Day, a fabulous Federal Holiday, we did a lot of cleaning. However, we made time to play in the snow, scatter toys from one room to the next, scrub Brody's mac and cheese infested hair, and visit our neighbors.

Great-Uncle David S. is an avid fisherman. He and Aunt Helen found this hat and couldn't resist.

So, add in the Olympics and that basically sums up our weekend.

Oh wait, we got to hear the baby's heart beat on Friday. Such a comforting sound to hear!

Unfortunately, Brody fell into the exam table just as the doctor walked in and ended up with a bloody nose! With a little ice and his silky, he recovered quickly!
